In the main menu, click “Setup”, followed by “Program configuration” and finally “Personnel”. In here, you will find a list of your current Dassle users, if any.
To add a new Dassle User, click the “New” button. A window will pop up, with a bunch of information forms. While not everything is strictly required, it is always a good idea to fill out as much as you can.

To add a photo, Right-click on the photo placeholder, click “Load Picture”, and select a photo from your computer. You can also clear the current photo by Right-clicking and choosing “Clear Picture”.
The Cash Handler checkbox gives the user access to the cash counting sheet. Click “Done” when you are finished.
If you need to go back and make changes to a user, click the user, followed by Edit.
It is suggested that you do not delete users, as this can abandon records, changing reports and user logs. Instead, it is suggested that you edit the user, uncheck “Dassle Access” and check “Inactive”. This will keep them from logging in but still keep your data intact.
